Invades closets of thought
attempts to discard sweater
worn at first meeting
nudges to kick out shoes
that danced through night
you flirted with another
skin aglow
with innocence.
No!
I cannot cast off
silk robe of uninhibited
delight
Nyx ignores commands
fades in sliver of dawn.
